Refund Policy


Booking Fee  50% of the Rental Fee serves as a Booking Fee and is non-refundable. Damage Deposits refunded after booking occurs. 
  
Cancelation Policy  
  		 If notice of cancellation is given at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date, CoL will refund all payments more than the Booking Fee (50% of the Rental Fee).  
 
If notice of cancellation given less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date, all funds paid to date will be retained by CoL.
